I'm completely confused. I don't understand the first thing about this contest, or even what you mean (Duane) about the person spamming FAA with their own contest. I don't see any guidelines about what kinds of work is wanted. Or how any of it relates to this contest. Also, it says the contest is over on Friday, Aug. 16, which was a week ago. So why is it still going? Aaargh. Please explain!
