AstroLandscape Photography

PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ENTERING THIS CONTEST
You MUST post your entry in a discussion thread in the group, not in the contest image pool!

Astro Landscape Photography = Astro (stars/moon) Landscape (land – sea will work too) Photography (no paintings or digital art)
All images must contain some landscape (or seascape) and the night sky. Citiscapes at night do not fit this category; the night sky (stars and/or moon) must be visible

This is a test for a different type of contest. ONLY members of the Astrolandscape Photography group may enter. You must join the group if you want to enter.

NO IMAGES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONTEST POOL.

All submissions must be posted in the discussion section of the group!

This is an “IN GROUP” competition – You MUST be a member of the Astrophotography Group to enter

NO VOTING will be done via the contest page
All submissions must be posted in the discussion thread in the group
All submissions must be numbered (chose the number after the person above you selected) – you may also say something about your image if you like.
ONLY ONE IMAGE SUBMISSION PER PERSON
Submissions not meeting the AstroLandscapePhotography definition will be removed, at the discretion of the administrator. Artist submitting these images will be removed from the group.

At the end of the submission timeframe, members will vote for their favorite images in the same thread. Members may NOT vote for themselves.
Only members of the Astrophotography Group may vote.
The group administrator will NOT mass email the group when voting is starting OR results. All will be posted in the same discussion thread.
DO NOT start a discussion thread with your entry to this contest, only use the one started already.

Obviously, the purpose of this contest is to introduce the group to new members, and to introduce new life to the discussion section.

Winning images will be featured in the group.

Each participant may submit 1 image.

1)   You must be a member of FineArtAmerica.com in order to cast votes in this contest.   Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for one image... and one image only.
