Why Paint?

As Romans chapter 1 says, "What may be known about God is clearly seen, being understood through what has been made." For me, there's a kind of deep peace in focusing on the beauty of God's creation. I enjoy making watercolor sketches of animals and flowers around me. Phil and I both enjoy photography as well. Our hope is that our work will hold an echo or shadow of some aspect of beauty that others might not have noticed in the same way and will enjoy.
