I'm thrilled to finally be posting some shots from my time in Brazil during their winter. Seeing as much of the country as I did in the short time-window in the country meant passing up a lot of great photo opportunities, which was a hard thing to do given the seemingly endless natural and man-made beauty in every part of the country. My woes were compounded by the fact that I found myself on the road without my favourite full sensor tool. But like a trainee surgeon trying to operate in a battle zone armed only with a butter knife, I made a fist of it. Undoubtedly, I will return to South America, next time armed with the right amount of camera and glass to get the job done - but in the meantime I hope you all enjoy the few shots I did capture that I thought were upworthy none the less.
