Coast of Maine

The White Mountains of New Hampshire has been a great place to live, but sometimes I need a breath of fresh sea air. The Atlantic Ocean is less than a couple hours away from North Conway and well worth the drive, for work or pleasure. Photographing fly fishing from stripers is always entertaining, both the beauty of sunrise and the chaos of the waves usually provide plenty of opportunity for images. (more fly fishing images here)
Last week a family vacation found us in Boothbay Harbor, an ideal area for experiencing the Maine coast. Sea Kayaking, beaches, history, lighthouses and plenty of eating. Now back to work and that will include a trip to the northern tip of New Hampshire to work with the New Hampshire Public Television crew filming “Windows to the Wild“
