Happy Holidays

Holiday Greetings!

Hello my dear friends!

Although, Christ was born in September, we celebrate his birth at this time of year!

I wish to take this time to reflect and share. It is my hope that people take the time to do this not just this time of year, but throughout their lives. Christmas spirit should be year round, not just December. Giving, sharing, and joy and peace, should be carried out throughout our daily lives. Also we should carry out love and compassion for our fellow man year round.

I have been busy, busy, busy! I shop for all my gifts year round, so that's not why.
I got most of my cards sent early, so that's not why either. I've been fellowshipping with like minded believers and been involved in an outreach to help others who wish to know the truth in Gods word. I've also been taking more classes so I can learn and understand more of what God has to say.
Yes, I'm hooked on God!

I've also been inspired to paint after a long lull. I'm working on a painting now that depicts Psalm 91:4 KJV:
[4] He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
I had received a few articles from one of my daughters who lives in Cornwall, England; showing pictures of 200' waves they had during one of their tumultuous storms and the two inspired me to paint! This is the first biblically inspired painting I've done. It's taking me a while to do, but I'm certain it will look great when I'm finished.
I'm trying to incorporate the verse itself, abstract, and realism, all into one painting. Of course God is my inspiration and I pray for him to guide my arm every brushstroke I make!

I'm also working on pinecone elf ornaments as gifts for friends. I've got a couple of antique ones to go by.

So all in all its been a great year for me. I hope you've had a great one too! Wishing you all the best for your lives, things will always get better!

Love,
Cher & Macy (my Dog) Daley
