Raw: Natural Born Artists

I saw a member post an event for this organization, so I looked them up and submitted some work. Well, I got an email saying that I was accepted. I then thought, Why?" So, I looked them up with scam. Here is the question - is this a scam? They request you sell 20 tickets at $15.00 each to cover the booth fee. Has anyone ever heard of this procedure?
