Commericial Art Work Vs Own Art Work

I got stated in College creating art, but soon found out that my idea of art was just that! my idea. I soon found out that the money is really in Commercial Art. So, creating art which people will actually pay for is a different form then what I was creating? Someone said, "Art is in the eyes of the beholder" so, I still create art for my self and art for the public. If you go to www.johnsartsandcrafts.com you will find example of art which will reflect both my art and commercial art. I truely believe that art comes from within, and my "Laisseraller"- French for Letting go, is releasing it to the public.the world at large. If you can create both at the same time that is a match and you will make money! My mobile painting business, does grand opening, wedding, birthdays parties, and for the last four years has been commisioned to perform for the famous WellsFargo Center of the Arts in Santa Rosa, CA where everyone is the "Pacasso" and walks way with creating their own art and can proudly hang on any wall or even enter the state fair and win. Which several people have actually done just that!.
