Opinions On The Lithography Printmaking Process

Among the many types of printmaking, lithography became extremely popular among the artists of the Modern era (Picasso, Chagall, etc). Do any of you wonderful artists use this medium? I have seen Picasso lithographs for sale, but none from up and coming artists.
