I battle now longer than a week to get help from support! I sent messages through the website as well as email and still no response!??

Any idea how to get them to contact me?

i wonder if we should instead of getting a reply in our mailbox - if a person has an account here of any kind, that the mail is also forwarded to the box here as well. just in case it really is in the spam folder.
