Peri Lyons lives in Brooklyn. As a celebrity intuitive, she has been written up in 'The New Yorker''s 'Talk of the Town' section, 'ArtInfo', 'Daily Candy', and lots of other places. As a photographer, she loves wandering around Brooklyn and Maryland and looking at stuff. As a person, she loves cooking, reading, researching NYC history, teaching Kundalini yoga, going to revival movie houses, procrastinating, and attempting to teach her cat to speak French. As a musician, she can be heard with Moby on 'Songs For Tibet'; on Dave Van Ronk recordings; and in the soundtracks she's written for films such as Sundance Grand Prize Winner 'Sunday' (starring David Suchet', among others.
She likes looking at the work of photographers who are much better than she is: Irving Penn, William Eggleston, Richard Avedon, Jim Herrington.
All profits from this site go to animal welfare: in other words, food and vet bills for her elderly cat 'Princess Love Supreme Superstar'.
Peri is genuinely grateful you stopped by. and likes constructive feedback!
