Melissa Peterson, an artist from Massachusetts is a recent graduate of New Hampshire Institute of Art (Dec 2012). Her artistic motivation comes from her fascination with the relationships between consciousness and the subconscious, dreams, alternate states of perception and the different ways individuals may or may not experience all the layers of reality.
