For as long as I can remember, Iíve always dreamed of being an artist and now Iím fortunate to have the opportunity to pursue this interest and to share my work here with you. Thus far, my work doesn't seem to fall into any formal category or theme, which is wonderful in some ways, because it allows me the freedom to explore and study different styles and techniques and media.
Learning and having the freedom to explore might be the re-occurring theme of my life. Iím from Massachusetts. I went to St Peterís then Marian then joined the Army upon graduation, when I was just 17-years-old, to become an Army Photojournalist. (Yes, Lois Lane, the gutsy, beautiful, award-winning headline-hunting reporter was my hero in those days and I like to think that I emulated her well). Iíve done some traveling to Germany, England, Scotland, and served in Desert Storm. I retired from the Army National Guard after 24 years of service and now make my living selling art and doing freelance graphic design, photography and writing on the Florida Treasure Coast. Oh! I'm divorced. I have two beautiful grown children and several pets.
