An Award Winning Photographer (bronze and crystal) Mary J Tait achieved two awards in digital photography in 2008. She used her very first camera when she was about 5 years old, which developed automatically.
In recent years she was employed by the University to work on the 3D Paradigm Project at UCLAN University, as the Project Manager/Administrator.
Throughout the years she has mainly used Olympus cameras and now has a small range of cameras her favourites being an Olympus and a Samsung (with extensive zooming properties). Mary likes to keep up to date with new concepts and has advanced experience in photography, video shooting and videography and relevant software technologies.
Mary has a Poet Fellowship and is an advanced pianist. She has composed a few small pieces and on performing one during a college theatre production in her younger days, two nice ladies came down from the audience and asked what the piece was called. They said it was the most beautiful haunting melody they had ever heard.
Mary also has awards in Salsa Dancing and in earlier years was a performer in various shows for MacMillan Fund Cancer Relief. She supports various charities.

Mary lives in the UK, but is believed to have lived in America up until she was about six years old, there is some thought that she may have also spent some time in Australia. She was never formally 'adopted' but brought up with people she thought, until recently, were her true blood relations in the UK.
