I was born in Texas, raised in Montana, then moved to SC when I was 8. My grandparents in Montana retired from the Great Northern Railroad. My father retired from the Southern Railroad. His family was in Texas, so we spent summers driving from SC to Texas to Montana and back home to SC, visiting grandparents. My father stopped at every scenic national park from Texas to Montana.
