A collection of my favorite photos of The American black bear (Ursus americanus). It is a medium-sized bear native to North America. The bear is widely distributed across the United States habiting mainly forests but due occasionally leave them in search of food The bears photographed in the gallery come from the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem largely Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. The American black bear comes in two color phases, cinnamon, and black Across their entire range additional colors will be found.
