A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

I regret I never got to take a closer look, but the New Kingdom temple ruins in the heart of modern day Luxor looked quite picturesque bathed in golden late afternoon sunlight. There wasn't a lot of free time to wander in Luxor, and by that point in my travels through Egypt, I was experiencing ancient ruins overload. If you've ever visited medieval castles and cathedrals in Europe, you may know what I mean. After awhile no matter how unique and beautiful they are, they start to ruin together for some of us.
Such was the case as I stood virtually on the doorsteps of ancient Thebes. The ruins here in Luxor and at nearby Karnak are part of a UNESCO designated World Heritage site. As grand as those Egyptian temple ruins are even in a state of decay, imagine what Thebes must have looked like in its golden age? I've since read that they are even looking at rebuilding the avenue of Sphinxes that once connected the temple complex in Luxor with the one at Karnak. All the more reason t...
About Mark Tisdale
Life is full of happy surprises. After just over a decade working in the 9 to 5 cube world, I threw caution to the wind to follow my dreams of being a full time visual artist. That was five years ago! Is it easy? No, but something truly worthwhile is rarely simple. My body of work is wide ranging from photographic scenes of far away places, more near and dear locations, and more fanciful artwork. It's all crafted with a heartfelt love for finding the beauty in little captured moments. My artwork also hangs on walls near and far from private homes to businesses who have chosen to decorate with my art. Whether you've purchased one piece or a house full or you simply admire and share with your friends, your patronage of my art is...
