I absolutely love this photo of Hazel. My first visit to the Smoky Mountains was in April 2017. I have been searching for a black bear photo for years and this one stole my heart. This beautiful girl was photographed the same year. I am very pleased with the canvas print!!

Great canvas and framing. A decent shipping time, and EXCEPTIONAL safe packaging. Just an appropriate image for my viewing/listening room. Just took the speaker grills off for this photo.

His mind travelled back to the other recent times he had seen death close up, too much death in too short of a time for anyone to get a good grip on. He had first heard about the gold rush a few years back, when he was still living in San Francisco with his parents. He was young and single and thought he might try his luck panning for the yellow coloured money in the gold capital of New Caledonia. The north was the lure to people of all kinds. From judges to sailors, dance-hall girls to banker, it didn't seem to matter what walk of life they came from, the want for gold and the riches and all that came along with it was a good enough reason for many to give up their live...

True story. Many years ago, my brother-in-law (who was a higher-up in the Baskerville Park) and was married in this historic church. The family sat in the front sideways pews at the very front of the church. I don't remember too much about the actual ceremony, but do recall that my mother-in-law, who was rather plump, sat down in the center of one of the old pews and subsequently a large creeek- was heard and the plank took a decided bow. We quickly re-shuffled and put her at the end of the pew above an end support lest our legacy be that of a broken pew. .... love the light streaming in through the window and the inclusion of the bible.
