Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

I loved the card. Message inside was perfect (just like I requested) Only comment - the picture seemed too large for the card (glue showing on the side) Next time I will down size the picture. Realistic acrylic painting of the Dutch speed skater and specialist on the 500 metres, Jan Smeekens, painted by the Dutch fine artist Paul Meijering. The Original painting is 90 x 90 cm and was a gift by the citizins of Raalte, his birthplace, for his silver medal at the Olympics in Sochi.
Jan Smeekens (born 11 February 1987) is a Dutch speed skater. He is a 500 m specialist.
Smeekens won his first international medal during the 2004 World Junior Single Distance Championships in Moscow where he won the gold medal at the 500 m. At the 2006 KNSB Dutch Single Distance Championships on 28 October 2005 he made his dt among the senior skaters in his country, resulting in claiming a World Cup spot for races in Collalbo and Baselga di PinIn the A-group of these World Cup meetings he finished in 6th and 7th position.

For almost 33 years now, Paul Meijering has been active with the paint brushes. As a 17- year old inspired youngster he joined the Academy of Arts in Enschede (Holland) in order to receive a native training in drawing- and painting technique. At that time (1980) the tendency of the abstract was running riot, and to his dismay and disappointment Paul found that the trade of the ancient masters was merely 'old hat', the realistic art being disregarded and looked down upon. After two years of useless botchery, there was only one conclusion to draw: "get autodidact, be a self-taught person!" Paul then left the academy to work for a living, but at the back of his mind there always loomed the passion of his life: to paint. At his spare time...
