This is a shot of the instrument panel from a Bell UH-1 Iroquois. Known as the “Huey”, this helicopter made a name for itself in Vietnam earning a reputation for being one tough bird. These helicopters saw penny of abuse while in military service and they just kept flying. Known for their distinctive “Whomp,Whomp,Whomp” sound as the blade cut through the air, Hueys were used to deliver troops into otherwise unreachable areas. Of course, they were also used to come in and load the wounded in order to get them back to a hospital.

In my past, I have seen some of the greatest horrors known to man, so finding other images to place into my head has been therapeutic. I call it "Image Replacement Therapy."
