This artwork series is based upon historic US patents of famous and notable inventions, in this case a 1907 patent for a Steering Mechanism (the steering wheel) by Henry Ford. This is one of many patents for the famous Model T automobile. Henry Ford's Model T revolutionized transportation and American industry. (This patent artwork also available in a variety of styles.)
