Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Visiting a deceased loved one, we must travel through the cemetery usually on a long and lonely road that brings back memories of the person that has passed. The mood is different, it changes. Nobody is going down these roads with fun music playing in their cars and gesticulating to the beat. We slow down, we remember, we take a long breath as we feel like we will be swallowed up. It truly is the lonely road.
I'm a photographer from a small town in Quebec, Canada and I do mostly Still Life compositions and Urban Vignettes. I take pictures of things I feel a connection to, a way of sharing my feelings, my world, and my place in it. My approach to photography is essentially the same as how an author uses words to write a story. Hopefully, youll find my voice and vision within my work. I also do digital painting - mostly fantastical creatures like fairies.
