Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Art is and always has been an entertaining part of my life. Having an older sibling lead the way through so many artistic projects has been such a blessing. I grew up watching my brother create beautiful art (drawing, sculpting, carving, chalking, etc). He has inspired me so many times to try new art techniques and things. I have dabbled in almost every medium, but feel I am just now finding my niche after having a little one to make art for. There is something about hearing children make sounds of different animals as they learn how to identify them. It is literally one of the cutest things ever! Hearing children make the sounds of the animals being painted is seriously inspiring. It creates a sense of happiness that I always hope will...
