Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Behcet's syndrome. Pus (or hypopyon) seen in the anterior chamber of the eye of a patient suffering from Behcet's syndrome. A fine sediment of white blood cells is seen at the bottom of the iris (at lower centre) between the iris and cornea. The pupil is enlarged and the white of the eye (the sclera) is red with blood vessels. Behcet's syndrome is a rare recurrent disorder found in some Middle Eastern countries where it is a cause of blindness. It causes mouth and genital ulceration and inflammation of the eye (known as iritis). Attacks of Behcet's cause acute eye pain & reddening, photophobia and hypopyon formation. Treatments include corticosteroid drugs.
