Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Bronchiectasis: false-colour bronchogram of the human lungs revealing bronchiectasis, a chronic inflammation of the bronchi and bronchioles - the airways of the lung - associated with their permanent dilatation. Repeated damage to the airways due to bacterial infection results in the destruction of their elastic & muscular components. The weakened walls become dilated and their secretions stagnate, provoking further episodes of infection. Here, there appears to be good filling of the left bronchial tree (right on image), but an almost complete lack of structure in the right bronchial tree (left on image).
