Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

A beautifully illustrated antique, vintage map from the year 1880, of an aerial view over the city of Boston, Massachusetts, showing the proposed Charles River and Back Bay Park Area. This wonderfully nostalgic piece of history is from the Public Domain, drawn and published by H.H. Rowley & Co. of Hartford, Connecticut, lithography by Beck & Pauli of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Also included is an index list of buildings of note in the area including public buildings, churches and Railroad Depots. This reproduction map has been restored and converted to cool shades of blue.
I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
