Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
Bastion Falls is a roadside set of drops that lie about half a mile downstream of Kaaterskill Falls. The falls are clearly visible just upstream from the Route 23A bridge on the horseshoe bend in Kaaterskill Cove. This is a narrow road with a fair amount of traffic, so I had to be mindful while shooting of vehicular traffic at the horseshoe bend and trail head, especially that it was iced over in spots...
