Perfect. The rider, and the yucca or shrub in foreground really makes the piece. Beautiful, soft sky. The distant buttes seem to have a softer edge in this piece, or at least the one at the left, which helps bring the eye back towards center and back to the rider, which is sharp, and the streak of orange sunlight beneath the horse, which is crisp and sharp. Effective use of a useful principle. This is an uncomplicated piece with much instruction on what makes a really successful picture. Definitely a top piece employing an economy of means.
