- 200 of BWAC's exhibiting artists
- A national show of 100 pieces juried by National Academy's Curator of Modern Design, Marshall Price
- ART IN CLAY, a regional show of clay art curated by Museum of Art & Design's Chief Curator David McFadden
- UNINHIBITED, a show of artworks created exclusively on smartphones and tablets

Special events are planned for every day of the show – including the Sunday acoustic performance series, UnPlugged in Red Hook; Clay Weekend, and the Red Hook Film Festival on October 12 – 13. It’s the seventh year of this two-day showcase of shorts and features. This year the festival theme The Wake of Hurricane Sandy gives our film community a venue to
voice, to air, and to screen the images and films of work inspired by the heroic struggle endured by our community, neighbors and neighborhoods devastated by the storm.

With such a variety of media, aesthetics and points of view under one roof, there’s surely something for everyone. The BWAC gallery is a perfect destination for an autumn weekend. It is across from the Fairway supermarket and down the block from IKEA in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn, with its trendy boutiques and restaurants and the city’s best view of Lady Liberty. It is accessible by public transportation and biking is a breeze! The Fall Group Art Show runs from September 21st until October 20th.
