Tomball Art League Semi Annual Juried Art Show

A juried Art Show March 8, 2013, beginning with Pre-registration from 1 to 4 PM on 3/8/2013.
Get your pre-registration forms mailed in before March 2, 2013 by logging on to www.thetomballartleague.com and click on Events to pull up the forms you will need to print. The show is open to members of Tomball Art League and other Art Leagues in the area associated with LSAG. Non-members may participate also and we would love to have more students from the area schools, as well as home schooled young artists. The judged show will be on Saturday with additional time for bringing your art work on Saturday Morning from 8 until 9:30. The artwork will be displayed and Judging will begin approx. 11 AM to 1PM. The public is invited to join us at 1 PM to view the paintings and hear the Judge's critique on the Adult and Students Best of Show and 1st place winners in all categories. They are A - Painting, not under glass, B Painting under glass, acrylic, watercolor, etc. C.-Drawing, D - Mixed Media 2D E - Photography - digital and film photography Minimally altered, F Digital Art, Manipulated, G - Sculpture, 3D art forms various media, H - Non-objective Fine Art in any medium including abstract or experimental, I - Traditional Printmaking, & J - Studio Fine Crafts, jewelry, moosaic, weaving, woodwork. There will be time after the critiques for the public to browse through all of the artwork. We will begin to take down the art at approximately 3:30 so we can be clear by 4:30. Registration is 5.00 per painting for 5 paintings for MEMBERS. Click on register and you will get the information from TAL website.
