Over 100 original works of art now show at the David L. Dickirson Fine Art Gallery in Tamarack. One of the most competitive exhibits in the Appalachian region, this annual display of talent represents the best in bronze sculpture, blown glass, fired clay, woven textiles and painted canvas. Many of the artists reach national acclaim, choosing to milk inspiration from \"Almost Heaven, West Virginia.\" Jurors selected the original oil painting by Pat Cross into the exhibit. The painting represents one of the nation\'s most scenic natural waterways, the Williams River, nestled in the Monongalia National Forest. Showing now through August 9th.
