Black Women During the Reconstruction Period

You are invited to view my current exhibition that includes my new quilt called Let Freedom Ring. Also, enjoy the works of seventeen artists who have portrayed Black Women during the Reconstruction period in various mediums and styles. This exhibition includes artists that are recognized nationally as leaders in their fields. They have either graduated or currently teach at Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

The Exhibit Duration: Saturday June 8 - Saturday August 10, 2013
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
Saturday, 12 noon to 4 p.m.;
closed on Sundays and major holidays.
