Adult Watercolor Studio Classes

Instructor Connie Lynn Pico will begin a new series of Watercolor Studio Classes at Riverside Art Museum.
All levels of experience are welcome. Individualized instruction will be provided to meet each student's skill level.
If you are a beginner you will learn basic color mixing, then advance into color theory that you will use to continually enhance your work. The importance of value will be taught. Students will learn many watercolor techniques, including but not limited to, retaining the white in your painting, basic wash, controlled wash, detail, splattering, and masking. Other techniques will be added as your paintings progress.
If you already have experience working in watercolor, class instruction will be adapted to fit your needs.

Six week Watercolor class series. Wednesday evenings March 6 - April 10, 2013,
