Stress Reduction Through Art

Stress Reduction through Art is being offered June 20th,27th and July 11th,18th. The class starts out discussing how art can assist with stress management and ends with the production of an 11" by 14" canvas acrylic painting. There are 4 sessions offered Thursdays 5-7 pm with refreshments provided.
