What does the Nude Figure stand for? What about the Naked Body in the flesh?

What is it that makes either of them so “family-unfriendly”, so punishable and banishable in a “freedom-friendly” society such as ours?

It seems as if Art and Nature were terrifyingly threatening, and more so for adults than children... But isn't it finally time to rise above their (our own) fears and weaknesses? Time to experience some Grace of the Wholeness?
