Medieval Khazar Empire

Khazars were the only people present in Eastern Europe and Western Asia with the 'imperial pedigree' descended from the ancient ASHINA Royal Clan of ancient Turks and Huns. They ruled with over 25 nations and tribes, without the same imperial pedigree and the mandate of heaven. For some 500 years the ultimate force in eastern areas of Europe (Ukraine,South Russia etc.), Khazaria was actually the very first feudal state of Europe. Khazars were people of Turkic stock, with origin in Central Asia.
Aim is to restore visions of the Khazarian every day life, traditions, customs, atmosphere and 'flavour' of the particular time and space through accomplishement of a contemporary artist.

Each participant may submit 10 images.

1)   Votes may be cast by any visitor to FineArtAmerica.com (members and non-members).

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for as many images as you like... but only once for any given image.

This is a special type of contest.   The contest administrator has chosen to award Fine Art America gift certificates as the prizes!
