Reached My Limit

Good morning, everyone!

I've reached my limit here as a "free member," which means I can only have twenty-five postings before upgrading to a premium account. I had no idea this was required when I started sharing my work on this seller platform, so I was sharing everything as photography was designed and created. That being said, I'm going to make some choices about which photographs to keep and which ones need to go throughout the next several months.

This is going to occur as I create new photography pieces and I see how they do on other seller platforms, and I measure how the existing pieces I have on here are doing. For example, the nautical photography is not receiving many visitors (despite how popular everyone told me it would be . . . that's what I get for listening) in comparison to the nature themed photographs. It's a big difference - six visitors compared to one hundred and eighteen.

The numbers on everything are still VERY low because, let's face it, there are only twenty-five photographs each featuring ten products. That's small, so I have to amp up my content marketing and promotional efforts if I want to see any kind of change. This whole adventure is still SO new, too. I have to keep reminding myself that I only launched this business on July 13th. It feels like I've been doing it longer, but it's only been five weeks. That's not long at all. The business is still in its infancy - most businesses don't start making money until their third year. So, I have to be patient . . . very patient. It's so easy to give up on something, especially when it's on online venture, when it doesn't look like it's producing any results.

The good news here is people are looking at my work just about every day. So long as that's happening, there's potential for a sale. Therefore, I'm going to keep on keepin' on!
