Hanging around

Another lumbar fusion for me. Surgery was July 13th 2015 so I am in the recovery stage. It takes 3 months to achieve a fusion or not.
My second x-ray shows a nice amount of bone growth, which is what we want to see after this type of operation. One more visit Oct. 13th 2015 and the final results. Nothing is for sure but, hoping for a fusion. L-3 was the disk that has been replaced
Then I have to get myself back into shape. Here I come yoga
