Recently I had the pleasure of signing up for a tips on how to be grateful. I have found it to be an awesome way to keep an attitude that helps me to cope with the unexpected and unfair that happens daily in life. I think the best tip so far is not setting a goal for the day, but an attitude you can adhere to each day. For instance, "Today I will be helpful." Now, whatever happens, this is what you will do. It is not easy but easier than letting the day dictate to you how you will behave. I have always told my mother when she complains about not getting anything done that she is a human being not a human doing. This attitude setting proves it well.
