First Painting A Tale As Old As Time

My first painting i have created is the rose from Beauty And The Beast. I thought I should tell the story behind how it got created and where my idea came from. My inspiration for the rose was the movie Beauty And The Beast. I was painting the other day and decided that I would try to paint the rose. I started with sketching the glass holder around the rose, then i sketched the rose, the stem, and the fallen petals. I then painted the background and then started the stem, rose, and the fallen petals. I did not have a specific idea in mind I kind of just went with it. So, i am very proud of this painting and i hope you guys love it as much as I do. This painting only took an hour and i am so proud of what i have accomplished. I hope you all love it!
