Fall 2015 Art Business Workshops

The lazy summer vacation season is ending, and it’s time to get serious about building your art business. Join me for one of these in-person learning events.

I’ll be speaking at these upcoming Fall 2015 workshops on topics of interest to artists and craftspeople launching and growing creative businesses. Each includes availability for personalized business consultations. These programs are guaranteed to inspire you, and give you new strategies and ideas for success!

September 18 – 20

The Lost Pines Regional Arts Conference. This huge event offers art classes, demonstrations, lectures, and workshops to take place in multiple facilities in historic downtown Bastrop, Texas. I’ll be presenting a two-hour program on “Marketing Strategies for Artists” and meeting with individual artists for business consultations.

October 16 – 17

Art Business Bootcamp: From Passion to Profit. Co-sponsored by The Arts Business Institute and the Naples Art Association, this intensive two-day program includes presentations on Making Work That Sells, Creative Marketing for Artists, Wholesale 101, Sales Strategies, Licensing Your Art, Pricing for Profit, and more. Individual business consultations available.

October 24 – 25

Business Workshop for Artists. Co-sponsored by The Arts Business Institute, Maine Crafts Association and Maine College of Art, this workshop program has the following presentations scheduled: Creative Marketing, Sales Strategies, Pricing for Profit, Building Gallery Relationships, Artists & Money, How to Photograph your Artwork, and more. Artist panel discussion will be included. Individual business consultations available.
