Dan Wheeler Photography Update

Hello everyone I have been very busy and I appoligize I have not updated my blogs in a long time. I joined a Photo Club here in Marin County and have been out shooting on the weekends I have a couple portrait sessions lined up for May so business is good.

I entered my print "American Mini Falls" in the Photo Club competition and received 3rd place so now my print moves on to the next round. I am very happy about that!! I have been to a few club event shoots which is great to meet other local photographers to share and exchange ideas. I am hoping to get out more to some of there events but May is looking really busy.

The family is planning a week trip to Yosemite in May for a photo shoot/vacation so I am really looking forward to capturing some great images to share with everyone and hopefully sell some of the prints. My print sales are coming along pretty well I sold a framed and matted print last week. If anyone is interested in any of my images please do not hesitate and contact me with any offer and I will see what I can do to accommodate you.

I almost forgot the most important business update I have been chosen for a 2 month Gallery viewing at the River Front Gallery in downtown Petaluma. I am entering the same print that just came in 3rd at the club it is a 20"x30" metal print. This is the first time I have seen one of my images on metal and wow it looks outstanding!! If anyone is in Petaluma please go and check it out it is downtown on Petaluma Blvd.

Thank you everyone for following my work and all of the support that everyone is giving me, and especially my beautiful family Loretta & Madison. The majority of my weekends have been up early hiking out to some very remote locations and capturing some very cool images thanks Scott for being there with me and giving me some company.
