I had such a bad experience with a sales representative over the phone that I had to call Clyde and tell him about it. The woman I talked to kept spelling my name wrong but insisted she was spelling it correctly. She was also rude about a number of other things she asked me.

I have had students on the verge of getting an "F" for a course speak in a politer manner to me and that is saying something these days. One student put me through the ringer because she insisted the "C" she received was incorrect. Her helicopter Dad called the president of the University to complain.

I have been happily retired for four years.

Anyway, at the beginning of the conversation I was given the option to fill out a survey about the service at the end of the call. I declined but I will be sure to do that next time!
