Merry Christmas

Well, it's my first blog and it's on Christmas Day so I will keep it simple and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday, filled with lots of love and laughter. My family and I enjoyed the peace of the day, spent time together and with our animals. My future blogs will be sporadic (just letting you know in advance) as I'm currently enrolled in college in a business management program. I love taking photos, it's been a lifelong hobby. My very first camera was a 110 which is pictured here. It's not my original but one I googled so I could show those of you who have never heard of a 110. I ran around taking pictures of anything and everything. I chopped the top of peoples heads off in my eagerness to take their photo. I got better over the years. I have gone through several different kinds of cameras through the years and currently use a Canon 40D and a Canon 50D. The 40 was my very first digital camera. It was a birthday present from my parents back in 2006. I still run around and take pictures of just about everything and everyone LOL. I have lots of fun pictures that I will never post because the people in them are usually standing there with their mouths open or are shoving food in their mouths. I love the candid shots. I usually take pictures of light and fun stuff but am thinking of exploring the darker side (ominous music playing). When I take something worthwhile, I'll post in the blog and let you all know to look for it. Well, as it's Christmas and I wrote longer than I had planned, I'm going to sign off for now and come up with some other photography ideas to keep everyone interested. :-) MERRY CHRISTMAS from my family to yours.
