Brisbane Australia Purchases

I need to contact Brisbane office in Aistralia but having issues getting a contact number. Have sent msg to States. They may trade under different name. Not sure cannot see anything on site. Cheers

There is no Brisbane office

Just contact Customer Support for any help. They will help as soon as possible.

My parcel delivery has been sent from Zillmere in Queensland. 4034. Probably should not have said Brisbane.. Same State though. I'll await a reply from customer service.

We have no Australian office. We have one office in America. We are not a huge company :)

Our global expansion continues... we are very pleased to announce that we've begun shipping framed prints from our new production facility in Brisbane, Australia!

This is where I must be confused. I have purchased a piece from Fine Art and was received with some small scratches through it. There is no damage to the packaging/ Unfortunately I have paid to much to ignore it, was hoping to get onto the "facility in Brisbane, Australia" to return and have my panel replaced, as the postage tell me this is where it came from, as the return cost to Brisbane Australia would be much better than to United States. Fine Art has a lot of other locations quoted on the site, so did not see it as such an issue.

Isabelle I though you were giving me some advise in an earlier reply, your recent reply sounds like your working there can you help me with the above issue. Or do I still need customer service officer to contact me .

I love the products on this site but clearly Im confused by some information offered by the site.

You need to contact customer service here at Fine Art America (or Pixels). They can arrange for damaged goods to be replaced. That is where all the orders start and the customer service is. They have just arrange printing facilities in other countries but all customer service is handled by the US. I would attach a photo of the damage if possible and they should arrange for a new one to be produced and sent to you.

I have taken pics but are a little hard to see, but ill place pic in better light, hope have more success. I will contact Customer service tomorrow.

Hi Peta

The package and printer shipped from Australia but as stated the customer support originates here in the US.

If the art arrived damaged it will be replaced or can be returned and that will be done through the Australian printer contracted to do that. Here is a number for customer support you can call. You will need your order number handy when you call. (877) 807-5901. The customer support will take your call and info and the issue you have then forward that to the head office and they will send you an email informing you of the next step even if that is that they have already sent a replacement.
