Our global expansion continues... we are very pleased to announce that we've begun shipping framed prints from our new production facility in Brisbane, Australia!
This is where I must be confused. I have purchased a piece from Fine Art and was received with some small scratches through it. There is no damage to the packaging/ Unfortunately I have paid to much to ignore it, was hoping to get onto the "facility in Brisbane, Australia" to return and have my panel replaced, as the postage tell me this is where it came from, as the return cost to Brisbane Australia would be much better than to United States. Fine Art has a lot of other locations quoted on the site, so did not see it as such an issue.
Isabelle I though you were giving me some advise in an earlier reply, your recent reply sounds like your working there can you help me with the above issue. Or do I still need customer service officer to contact me .
I love the products on this site but clearly Im confused by some information offered by the site.
