Having A Problem With A Image

I had posted new work and uploaded a image, but edited the image and replaced it with the same image on different colors. But on my home page the image still was appearing and the first image, so I deleted the whole upload and re uploaded from scratch and still the first image appears. What can I do to fix this?

And it show correctly with this link but on my home page it doesn't.
