Lots Of Bugs And Issues!!

Gobs of bugs on FAA and AW too many to list. Uploads not showing, prices not showing on some items, etc. etc. …any word on when this will be fixed. People have posted on the bugs thread but so far now answers from Abby or Sean.

Wow, Art. I'm stunned! You've been here for 9 years and you only have a small amount of views. And when I look at your artwork - such as your landscape paintings - it's gorgeous! I'm not really understanding this.

my 2cents..........I am amazed and grateful about how FAA/Abbie/Sean get right on things that go wrong, and thank you, FAA. Nothing is too much trouble when I write in for help...I know people dont get answers from tech, but I have no complaints.............just saying.............

I never have any of these problems. I really think it must be your browser version or some driver or plug in that's not updated, a cache or cookie issue.

Make sure your browser is current and updated. Me, I use Firefox 44.0.2
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Make sure all your plug ins (java, flash, all that) are current.

If that doesn't fix your problem, send an email to support and tell them about your system, your software, and your specific problem. I think that's a more effective channel than posting here.

Hey Guys don't panic! I am with Viva on that. Yesterday I reported three bugs to the support, and opened the ticket.. First: the bugs were fixed right away, and Second: I actually got "talking" (emailing) with the real person.

And here is the thing on prices (how you can see them). Don't panic if you see the "bare" price (e.g. without mark-up) on your page. It happens sometimes when you are logged in. If you work in Chrome for example (Google Chrome Browser), try to open a simple Internet Explorer and without signing in, just copy your Chrome link and plug it into Explorer.. Guarantee, you will see all prices are normal. I do it all the time before ringing the bell; and, if there I see the problem (e.g. my customers would see it too); I let FAA know.

Usually, the issue / bug is fixed withing the minutes.

Looks like Sean got on it quickly and corrected all the glitches. I'm no longer having any issues at this time. When the bugs come, it behooves FAA to get right on it and take care of the problem since our sales are their sales too. Thank you Sean.
