Is There A Way To Get The Shopping Cart Widget To Go Directly To Particular Image?

Hello,

I'm using the shopping cart widget on my website; there's one located next to each photo available for purchase. Currently, a potential buyer has to either click through all the little images in the widget to find the right one that matches the photo they want to buy, or they click on 'Click Here To Purchase' and then they have to find the correct image from all of the available ones. I'm hoping that there's a way I can insert code that varies per photo, so that when a potential buyer clicks on the link, they are taken directly to the correct image. Is this possible, and if so, could someone give me the code? I've seen this done, but darn it, I didn't bookmark the page and so can't ask the artist.

Seeing it here I'm understanding. No. You would have to create the image and then you may as well send them here and not use the widget

If you use the full screen of your site ( not sure what you are using ) you can see all the galleries on the side of the widget and at the top are drop down searches

Otherwise just link them to your premium site

I've done something like what I think you're describing.

You can see how I implemented it on the gallery pages on my own site: http://selanderfineart.com/scenic.html

Clicking on the "Buy Print" button under an image opens the cart widget to that image. It requires knowing the faa image artworkid to do this.

If you right click on one of the buttons and copy the shortcut, then paste into a text editor, you can see the url that accomplishes this. On my site, Im opening the link in a Highslide iframe.
