Need Help For Edited Image Appearance

you can't just turn the file into a png. you have to have a transparent background and save it as a png.

I think I did convert it to transparent background. Let me try again. Thank you Mike

also erase your cache and refresh. i clicked on a bag and chose another color, it seems to be transparent.

Once again, Thank you very much Mike. I just reedit, but it seem don't solve the problem. Perhaps FAA server need time to adjust the edited image?

did you erase the cache in your browser? it often sticks there. clear that, hit F5 to refresh and it should be back. the site will do it as soon as you hit ok. but it often sticks on your side.

Mike, I didn't know where is the browser in the profile page?

the browser is the thing your looking at this place in. explorer, firefox, etc. usually in the settings there is an advanced area that lets you erase the cache.

I did follow your advice, but still no change on FAA profile. It's strange though, when I checked into my website at pixels that everything was applied properly.
