Featured Images

First, if there is a place for admins to find answers to these types of questions and I'll get out everyone's hair. My questions is, when my work is featured on a group's home page, I get and email. Is that something the admin does one by one or does the system generate the emails and send them? If so, is there a way to tailor my message announcing their feature?

the admins do that. and i wish it would stop. the activity is automatic. best way to know is to try feature yourself.

So does the admin send an individual email to each person featured? How?
When I featured a piece of the group I have nothing seemed to happen in the way of notification.
Sorry to bug you but I want do this right and can't find a place with these kinds of questions laid out.

i don't have a group, so i don't know. abbie is the group master, so is frank. or you can email a group owner and ask them. as far as i know, my activity stream shows the feature. anything else is mailed out. but getting featured isn't worth getting the spam that goes with it. if i got all featured spam in my box, i would drop the group. the best thing i can say is to simply feature them and stay quiet about it. or add it to the forum there on your group.
